Smashburger

Food safety danger: Ordered a black bean patty Colorado burger, add avocado. Hidden in the mess that was this burger they added bacon which i unknowingly ate almost half of this sandwich. I have not eaten meat in YEARS and it is not even a part of this sandwich so someone there had to go out of their way to give me an add on that should have cost like 1.50 or something for free just to knowingly ruin my night I guess and stick it to the annoying vegetarian or w/e. What an absolute mistake going here was. Food safety is a joke at this location what if someone had an allergy or religious restriction to something and they just snuck it in without telling you. I get these people are just making minimum wage and it’s hard, I really do but certain mistakes just can not happen.

What has happened to smash burger? I've always had good experiences here before, but the last 2 visits have really turned me off. The chocolate milk shake had such a bad metallic taste we couldn't drink them. Of course it was more like chocolate milk than a shake, no ice cream. When we asked if there was a problem with their machine they said no, that is just the way they are and we'd have to drink them. We threw them away. I know there is a little wait for the food, but the 20 minutes we waited was ridiculous. The fries were cold and hard and the hamburger buns looked old, dried and crumbly. We were afraid to ask again about the quality, so we just ate it, but we won't be back.

What a wonderful restaurant! I really do enjoy the atmosphere and ambiance. The food is really tasty. The employees are very attentive make sure your drinks are filled consistently with great service. They pay attention to detail. I will definitely return here. Parking: Parking is limited
