Panera Bread

This place used to be good back in the day (like 10-15 years ago) but the quality has gone down. Not just this location. My husband agrees. He actually noticed before I did.

Ive been a regular at so many paneras for so long but ever since this specific location opened i have been just blown away by the level of customer service they have lol everyone i've interacted with at this location is SO nice and SO sweet and seems so genuinely happy, it makes my day! One time i literally had to wait like 2 minutes in the drive thru and the girl apologized for the wait. Also one time a different worker accidentally told me I had some kind of free pastry reward on my Sip club but then my order actually didn't qualify and i was totally ok about it but then at the window she gave me the pastry anyway because she felt bad about the mix up! I was like aw thats so nice! Very friendly but also very professional service if u ask me. They seem like they actually care about the customers and want them to have a good experience

This Panera Bread location is our go to lunch spot. Great location within the Queen Creek Marketplace, right off the 202 freeway and Ellsworth Road. The restaurant offers plenty of outdoor seating (with misting system) on both sides of the corner building. Super cute! The General Manager, Curtis, makes the best cappuchino in town! I like mine extra hot with extra foam, and boy do I get exactly what I enjoy! Hats off to Curtis, the barista master! My two favorite items on the menu are the Green Goddess salad and Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup. We also ask for the side baguette to be double-toasted. It is delicious with melted butter on top! The baked goods always hit the spot, too. The toasted sesame bagel is the bomb! Our son loves the chocolate croissant. And you can get a loaf of freshly baked bread to go. Love our QC Panera Bread!
