Panera Bread

We ordered delivery for lunch today and amongst the things we ordered was a fuji apple salad with no dressing. It was the worst I've ever had. I normally love them. It had a ton of the "spines" if the lettuce and they all were old with pink on the edges. That's a sign of age and being stored at a temp too warm. Yuk!

Ive been a regular at so many paneras for so long but ever since this specific location opened i have been just blown away by the level of customer service they have lol everyone i've interacted with at this location is SO nice and SO sweet and seems so genuinely happy, it makes my day! One time i literally had to wait like 2 minutes in the drive thru and the girl apologized for the wait. Also one time a different worker accidentally told me I had some kind of free pastry reward on my Sip club but then my order actually didn't qualify and i was totally ok about it but then at the window she gave me the pastry anyway because she felt bad about the mix up! I was like aw thats so nice! Very friendly but also very professional service if u ask me. They seem like they actually care about the customers and want them to have a good experience

This place used to be good back in the day (like 10-15 years ago) but the quality has gone down. Not just this location. My husband agrees. He actually noticed before I did.
