Food was AMAZING and the girl who helped me was so friendly and helpful.

First of all I want to give a thank you to Fransico who was working there today he is an amazing employee this was my first visit here and I tell you what, it is a little pricey for everything but the customer service is so hood I will be coming here more often! Everything was amazing from the food to the tropical drink! I also came in on a promotion day that they had just started and I couldn't have gotten luckier!

I ordered online. As soon as I pushed send I called to let them know my son is allergic to soy so leave them sauce off his order. They didn’t pick up. I called several times while on my way to the restaurant. When I got there there was two girls standing there and noone in the place. I explained the situation, how sick it would make my son and she said they would remake the spam roll and leave off the sauce. I asked if the tuna bowl was ok and she said yes. Then a guy comes out from the back. I asked for the nutritional info on the sauces. He said he had the nutritional info but not the ingredients. I explained my son is allergic to soy and he responds “well if he is allergic to soy he should NOT eat here. We even put soy oil in our rice”. I said you are kidding. He said no he was serious.
