Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The server named April was awesome! We didn’t like the food we got and she was so kind about it and brought us something else to eat. We also really enjoyed our conversation with her. She is an amazing worker!!

Worst experience I've had at a Red Robin. Ordered an app and asked for a minute to look at the menu. We got the appetizer and finished it (without anything to drink) before the server returned to take our order. Several tables were seated after us, all of which had orders taken and meals on the table before she finally took our order. To top it all off, my burger and fries were so SALTY! I had to scrape the layer of seasoning off in order to eat any of my meal. The floor manager was nowhere to be found, so we paid at the table and left feeling ripped off and disappointed. I do not recommend this location.

Ryan and Mike gave exceptional service. They were aware of our drinks and bottomless sides, and replaced refilled them promptly. The teriyaki chicken sandwich was delicious. Garlic fries were hot and fresh. I highly recommend this Red Robins. The great and friendly service will have me coming back for sure. I don't use the accessibility parking spaces but they have them for anyone that needs them.
