I love this place..the food is great but their staff is what makes me want to return..they make you feel like a person..not just a money sign coming in the door!
First time visiting Cafe Rio, had a tostada with rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese, Pico, house sauce, shredded beef and of course habenaro hot sauce.
