Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Staff was nice, but the manager Suleyma rather throw away over $20 worth of food and give me $.70 extra on top of my refund then to give me the accurate portion of food. The$.70 she gave me extra would have covered the beans smh. I can’t wait for the robot to take they’re place because at least then the will be accurate! Now I have to drive out the way because the Popeyes near my house rather cheat the customer

One Sunday (a few weeks ago) I went inside to place an order. There were two male employees working behind the counter. The place was basically empty of customers. These two aforementioned employees worked with attitude and really had no life on them. What's up with these people serving the public ????, nowadays. They have no customer service whatsoever.

The restaurant is clean and newly renovated. The lighting inside is good and the place looks spacious although it can only accommodate a few seats. I like their new vending machine because it dispenses different customized flavors of soda. They also have television to keep you occupied while waiting for your order. The service is fast since I get my orders less than 5 minutes most of the time that I buy here. Their chicken tastes really good and I like their mashed potatoes and cajun fries. However, their parking lot is bad because it's dark, the ground is broken and the slots are few. Besides that, there's always litter at the back. The restaurant itself is located in the corner of a street which makes it dangerous to drive in especially when there are cars behind wanting to drive to the street across.
