Five Guys

Five Guys isn't my favorite (literally no "atmosphere" to speak of on their design), but the service at this location is reliably great. As far as fast burger and fries go, it's good- just pricey. But hey: at least this location is a functional restaurant. I can't say the same for the Chipotle next door, which is why I've wound-up at this Five Guys more than once.

The best burgers you can get outside of in n out. They also have dual soda machine dispensers where you can choose from a variety of beverages and subflavors, as well as sorting by caffeine and calorie content. They make great milkshakes and with both the burgers and shakes you by default choose exact what is in / on them. Also if you ask you can get their special Cajun spice powder put on your fries which really makes already great fries even better. Furthermore, seemingly at every location you're welcome to help yourself to as many free Salted peanuts (in the shell) as you'd like. The double edge to the peanuts is they're communally available and self serve, so you can scoop out as many as you'd like however you'll be using the same scoop that everyone else used despite the pandemic and at the time of writing entering flu season. Prices are also relatively high, with some burgers approaching $20 alone. If you can stomach that, your stomach will surely thank you for an excellent albei

Burger was okay; the fries were okay, but the prices were not okay. Not coming back for a $12 okay burger. Didn't include fries or drink. But help yourself to the peanuts, dunno why they have them– they didn't say.
