This is a really uneven place. The sushi is terrific on the boats one time and then the selection sucks another day. Ordering off the menu tends to be better. Service is generally slow and not proactive. There are little booths available for non boat sushi meals. You pay by the color of the plates you take off the boats to eat. Today’s visit was an example of a good day there instead of my first review. The chef wasn’t that busy and said we should try the cooked salmon he just did and a couple others. All were great. The service was the usual not all that good. Had to ask for water and the bill.
Vast food , good prices and everything tasted good. Restrooms were very cleaned even tough they have short staff. Waitress was super fast to servers and clear explaining some menu options
A restaurant called Sushi Boat with no sushi boat?? Very disappointing. And they blame COVID for that.. sigh. What does COVID have to do with your decision to remove the best feature of the restaurant? Why are you lying to your customers that this is due to COVID?
