Buffalo Wild Wings

Brianna was extremely rude and unprofessional!!! We had a chat with Eddie her manager about it. So beware sitting in the bar area. Because if you catch her on a bad day like we did she will ruin your dining experience. Bar was busy, so we decided to scan the app and order online our way of helping them out so to speak. We ordered our own food and drinks. Easy. I entered my debit card information and boom. Well, when it came time to checkout she brings the check and a simple question made to her about the app and having entered in my debit card info was poorly and Rudley explained. Actually, I received no explanation other than "next time order through a server" (then don't offer an app) No one was trying to skip out on their bill. I just asked her a simple question and she seem to have taken it very personal. "It takes months to find a customer... seconds to lose one."

Food is good but, Their service treated customers like homeless people. I just asked for a sample before choosing a beer. But one Thursday evening in March, between 8 and 10 p.m., the server looked down on me. It hurt me with my eyes and words and actions as if I was trying to fill my stomach with a sample beer. Even ordered three burgers, 30 wings, and the rest of the food, but the service was worse than the McDonald's kiosk machine. I just wanted to get the satisfying service I paid for, but I thought the buffalo wings I was eating for the server were popping out of my nose, recommend to go McDonald.

B Dubs is the place! Mango Habby, Hot, Spicy Garlic, and Dessert Heat are my favorite. My mom loves the Beer Battered O-rings. Plus, they have a full bar and all the games showing.
