My meal was completely ruined. I asked for something and got something completely different. I guess it wasn’t enough because they gave me a Big Mac with one patty on it. Terrible service. I guess I should’ve just not gotten anything and given them their stuff back so they can get their stuff together

I spent 35 minutes in the parking lot waiting on a mobile order. Went inside to be ignored for 10 minutes finally after the 5th time I tried to get the attention of any employee, the manager reluctantly acknowledge my presence. I explained that I had a mobile order. I was checking the status of and she told me they had no mobile orders. I showed her my receipt the order and order number and she began to get my food. She was extremely rude, not a single employee of the 10 or 15 there acknowledged any of the patrons inside the restaurant, and when I asked for my drink, she told me I could get them myself. I had ordered apple juice and waters so I couldnt have gotten them myself. However, she refused to acknowledge me again, and I could not get the attention of any other employees. Ive never seen such terrible customer service for such a nasty restaurant all my life. I honestly wish I wouldve just gotten a refund but I know she wouldve been reluctant to do so or help me any further didnt

They ignored everyone but drive thru. I stopped for a mobile app order with curbside pickup and waited 20+ minutes from check-in and still had no food while the drive thru line served 30 or so cats that arrived after us. I went inside to pick it up and while I waited for someone to help inside 3 people waiting in line inside left for not being served. Then when I finally got the food there was no apology for the wait or even acknowledgement that I had been waiting excessively. The food ended up being ice cold and tasting like it had been sitting for hours.
