I placed an order on door dash for pick up at the trussville location. When we got there there were several cars in the drive thru so we stopped at the walk up window so we could just grab our order that was already ready and paid for. There were 4 employees that we could see and every one of them saw us at the window but refused to even acknowledge that we were there. The employees even walked past and the window opened several times but they still didn’t help us. After standing there for over 5 mins we decided to go through the drive thru to get our food but if we hadn’t already paid for it we wouldn’t have even bothered. Also we were missing sauce and our chicken was over cooked and tough.

The best fast food chicken tenders in town! Their bucket has gone up in price, but it's small price to pay for perfection. ;-)

Best in class. Something just a little bit better than other chicken places in the same class specially the cole slaw. You will love it.
