Applebee's Grill + Bar

The service was the worst I have ever had. I ordered a beer for me and wife. It took 3 more times asking server to get them. The server blamed everyone but him self. We finally got cocktails and orders food. I ask server for two more beers and never got them. My wife lost patience went to bar to get beer. Food arrived with salad at same time. We never got salad before meal . I had water to drink with my steak you would have thought I ordered the moon rather than a beer. Food was okay but had to ask 3 times for my child’s chocolate milk. This was the worst waste of 73 dollars I spent in awhile. Please read this review and make a honest attempt to fix this.Our service was the answer to why your restaurant was half empty at 7:30 on Saturday night.

Massive Cockroach. I hate leaving a horrible review but…we did wait for us to be seated a few people at the bar but no one else was eating. The waitress rolled her eyes when she first seen us.. hesitantly walked up and finally seated us. We sat down, we hurried and ordered. It was just me, my husband and our two little ones. The waitress was super nice during our meal. We hurried and ate so we could get home but as we were leaving our son screamed bug. It was a MASSIVE COCKROACH that the waitress stumped into the carpet and apologized. She told us “there had been issue with the water bugs” I couldn’t get my little ones out the door fast enough. Never, ever again.

the food was lukewarm and took 45 minutes to come out when a lot of the things weren’t complicated. Server was incredible though! Her name was Nazary. I loved her and she was super kind to us!! She deserves better!! Seriously in need of better cooks and more hostesses ????????
