Taco Bell

The girl at the window was super rude. The food was cold. One of the things we ordered just wasn't in the bag. Most of the food that we did get was not what was ordered. This is far from the first time we've had issues from this location.

This place is a joke. While the rest of the world has long been open for dine in business, here I sit at 7 PM on a Sunday evening and the only option is to wait in a ridiculous drive thru line. I’m a food delivery driver and we have to wait in long freaking lines to get our orders. This really takes from our time and causes us to lose a lot of money but Taco Bell doesn’t seem care about anyone but themselves obviously.

They left the lobby door open and then screamed at people who would try to come in, when I arrived I guess I had come by at a time they were not paying attention, I arrived to pick up an Uber eats order and the manager told me to get the %%% out and that I had to use drive thru. The pandemic is and has been over, and allowing “employees” to use racial language with customers and merchant partners is unacceptable as is having the lobby closed, let alone closed with the door unlocked and a “guard” so they can go outside and smoke. It’s obscene how much Taco Bell allows to go on at their restaurants, I managed one, and it’s DISGUSTING! Avoid at all costs if you value your time, health and energy. They will rob you of all three.
