Firehouse Subs Cave Creek

The sandwiches are always fantastic here. Had a mix-up on our order, and got the wrong sub, BUT, with a quick phone call "Vincent" took care of it and made it all good. Great customer service!

One of our favorite locations of Firehouse subs. They seem a little cleaner and a little friendlier and a little more willing to go out of their way for the customers then other Firehouse subs we have visited except for one on the far west side of Phoenix they were about the same as this one Update: weekdays seem a bit better than weekends. And the fastest way not get five stars, for me anyway, is to ask for them.

I hit Firehouse Subs for the first time today after reading that they are peanut and tree nut friendly. (Per their website, they do not source any ingredients with these allergens. This is a dream for my son who has to be ultra careful when ordering food...especially baked goods). I arrived at about 1130 on a Friday and this location was busy. They had four sandwich makers on shift and there were about 6 people waiting ahead of me for their lunch. A consistent flow of people came in after me. I waited maybe 15 minutes before my name was called and these guys were hustlin. My sons ham and cheese sandwich was toasted to perfection and made with such care (balance between ingredients...no heavy dressings, too much of anything)....we will definitely be back. The wait is worth it!
