Nekter Juice Bar

I love Nekter! It is my favorite smoothie/bowl shop. I've never had a problem with the customer service, they've always been friendly. Prices are high but it's organic and delicious, so it's worth it. Also it tastes amazing. A great place to stick to your diet or indulge. My personal favorite are the bowls, they taste so good and are presented beautifully. I always take mine home and add extra agave syrup on top; because I like it super sweet.

Inconsistent. Some staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. Some may not like people who look like me, or at least that's how Some of the girls act when I come in to pickup my order (frowned up, no greeting even when i give one, no smile, but they always greet and smile and are friendly to the people who look like them). Only option for a real fruit smoothie in this area. A drive thru or curbside pickup would be great. For the price a simple smile, courtesy, and the same treatment for all patrons, should come with the drink. Just my observation after going here for a year.

Great service, delicious acai bowls but someone needs to educate the employees on customer service on how to fix a problem...for example, i had a small fly trapped in my peanut butter bowl and noticed this when i got home. Had to drive back and show them this and all they did was say sorry and offer to remake or get a refund. First thing, they didnt ask what it was i had and forgot my extra peanut butter i ordered when it was made again. Second, no offers of a free bowl or 10 percent off next order or any sort of comp for my troubles. I used to work in the food industry for over 10 years and u always offer a comp with something that u mess up on. This review would have been 5 stars had they done that, but its also not less than 4 stars cause they dont usually mess up. I hope this reads as a fair review.
