Precooked reheated food, and don't respond to cook requests. but it's a fast food joint,,if they cooked to order then it would by dine in only restaurant.

Opened my bag, looked at my fries ???? and said "what.the.hell.". They looked super old and had literally zero heat coming off them. It's almost like those fries have been sitting there for a few hours just waiting for someone to take them (which was me). They didn't taste very good and they were cold but I pushed through because I was freaking hungry. I swear these fast food chains don't take pride in their work.
