Chipotle

Had chipotle two nights ago at this store, and while eating my burrito with steak I had about a 1/4 left and my stomach was killing me and I felt like throwing up! Well it’s two days now and I’m going to the doctors because I have something going on with my bowel movements very bad! Ecoli or something in that food! Last night I had hot cold feelings my body was hurting bad! I will never eat here or any chipotle ever again!

Same thing happened to me yesterday as the previous reviewer. My rice was definitely NOT cooked all the way, and anybody could taste that. and neither the beans nor rice had any flavor. and my friend who i was with asked for a refund for our awful food, just to be told to call the next day for it because "nobody here right now knows how to". On top of that his phone call was never answered and he had to go in just for the refund. Ive had so many poor experiences at this location but this one put it over the edge. not to mention employees seem to not know anything about food safety, as they are very bad at changing their gloves after getting them dirty or preforming unrelated tasks. I ended up with about half a tablespoon of guacamole in my plain bean and rice bowl once because it was all over his gloves and just stuck to the inner bottom of the bowl when he grabbed it.

If you like receiving your kids "make your own taco" meal missing all ingredients to make the tacos, then definitely order online and pick up at the drive thru!! If getting every order incorrect with wrong ingredients and half missing is how you like your food, this is your place! Seriously, worst possible service. Food is always cold. Ripped off every time by not receiving items ordered. Will never go here again, which is a shame as we were super excited when it opened. I don't know how it's managed so poorly but it is.
