Dickey's Barbecue Pit

The only redeeming part of this order was the potato salad. Turkey tasted like rubber and the brisket had zero flavor and the portions were small. I know we’re not in Texas but I’d expect at least a decent amount of BBQ sauce.

Food was great! The only reason for the 3 stars is due to their application. I ordered a rather large pick up order and was relying on their app to give me an update of when my order was ready so I could drive there to go pick it up. The order never actually reached the completed stage. It stayed in the preparing stage for over an hour. I decided to drive down and see what the status was in person. After parking my vehicle once I arrived, I checked my phone again before going in to see if the status had changed and it was still the same. After a brief wait I asked if my order had been made. I was then told that it had been ready for quite a while. I then informed her and showed her what the application was showing me. I was not satisfied with her lack of understanding and her customer service skills. For the amount of money that people spend here to get a good bite to eat from here (or anywhere else), the app should show you every applicable update concerning your order to ensure a tim

Quality at this location has consistently declined. Orders are frequently wrong and workers there seem to never understand their own menu. The last straw for me was driving 20 minutes for my mobile order, only to be told when I arrived that they no longer sell the items I ordered. No phone call, no regret from them. Sad. This was once a place my family really liked.
