Usually a decent spot, gave me a chicken sandwich with no chicken….such a joy getting home after a 16 hour work day with one less sandwich than i paid for. They did make me one super fast when i came back and apologized, still leaving this up cause it’s hilarious you can forget the ONE thing your restaurant sells.

This evening we placed a $50 order over the phone and once I had driven home with the order, I realized they had forgotten to include a dozen wings we had paid for. I called them to see what they could do to make the situation right. The manager at the store told me I could go back to pick them up or they could put me on a list to pick up the wings if I ever went back in the future and that those were my only two options. I was unable to drive back and I live out of state so neither option worked for me. Needless to say, their policy is very frustrating -- they would not even give me a partial refund for the food we paid for that they forgot to put in the bag. The fact that they refused to refund me the amount they owed me frustrated me and I demanded a full refund at that point for my inconvenience and it sounded like the manager laughed at me and he said he would absolutely not do that. Had to drive back because of missing items. Fries were undercooked, ranch was thrown into bag and spilled. I had to wait another 30 min for a missing 20 piece. The bags were covered in grease.. There were other folks who had to wait for online orders and the staff kept trying to crack jokes. It was incredibly uncomfortable for most of us. Would not recommend
