Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I went to this Zaxby's with my family on Saturday night at 8 pm on May 13, 2023. After we ordered our food, about 20 minutes went by without my food being ready to eat. Then the manager on duty (I believe his name was Carlos S.) stormed into the back kitchen and screamed and cussed out the entire kitchen staff for not getting food ready fast enough. There is no sound barrier between the customers and the kitchen, mind you. Carlos then came around to the front and politely apologized to the customers for the food delays. Not his unprofessional and abusive outburst. Then another 25 minutes went by and I asked one of the employees when I could expect my food to be ready. She asked to see my receipt and then said that they would get right on it. I had my food five minutes later. Summary: 50 minute wait for food (which was tasty) and an unacceptable, unprofessional, abusive manager. Zaxby's is delicious, but this one needs new leadership.

The food is pretty good when it's done well but for some reason can't seem to get a correct order at this location, always something incorrect or missing, the one on US 41 is much better. The zalads are very good probably the best fast food salad you can get.

The worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. They close an hour early and the girl with the long red hair is rude every single time I’m there. I pulled up at the window and none of them even came to tell me they close early. The red haired girl gave me a weird look and motioned me to wait a second and never came back and another worker came up and locked the window while the manager just stood there and rolled her eyes. The red haired girl stared at me as I was pulling away and followed my car around staring out the window. An overall bad experience which is a shame because they have great food and open later than most places around here. I don’t know what they changed in the last few weeks but they need more pleasant employees or that place is going in the gutter.
