Worst service ever… took forever to have the food ready and there was almost no people insides to order… wrong order… asked for a plain chesse burger even the receipt say “PLAIN “ and the mess the order…. I will never come here again!

This location is the absolute WORST - we’ve tried over and over to go here and expect different results- this time we had a mobile order we entered the drive thru and the voice on the speaker was so rude! We have our mobile order number and went to the second window and was told to park! The order took forever and then the guy who bringing the order or just stood on the sidewalk we didn’t even know be was there for us my husband had to reach for the bag and the bag ripped and fries and everything was on the ground! I went inside to get the replacement order and everything is not even close to Warm!! I asked for fresh fries and was given old cold fries! I even spoke to a manager who didn’t show any concern as to what I was saying! The guy with the mask on that brought out the food could had taken a few extra steps off the sidewalk to come to us so the food didn’t go on the ground!!!! We will not be back!!! terrible. I don't enjoy mcdonalds as it is, so when I just need quick food, I'd at least like it to be edible. Tasteless old fries, and a no sauce big mac (was suppossed to be extra sauce). Went inside to get it corrected and NOONE was at the counter. Called and asked for the manager, he said all he could do was write my name down for a replacement meal "at a later date". He sounded about 15. God Help.
