PDQ Ft. Myers (Ben Hill Griffin Pkwy)

Every time I have come into the GCTC branch with my family we are greeted instsntly by name as soon as we walk in. Adam is always friendly and so is the rest of the staff. We try to come in atleast once a week because not only is their great food, their are also great people.

I wanted to like this place because it’s so convenient. We went in on a Monday night at 8pm and the entire experience was unlike other locations I’ve visited. Chicken tenders were not freshly made. Mac and cheese was soggy and soupy. Tables were sticky. Bathrooms were trashed and flooded. Ice teas were removed while we were eating-staff stated they “close the tea down early”. Location closes at 10pm but staff was clearly shutting down and cleaning up at 8p. My daughter couldn’t use the restroom but liked her fries so I’ll give the one star.

Stopped here with a colleague from Engel & Volkers to talk about real estate transactions. Our food was ready in a hurry so it was perfect we were able to make the most of our time. The food was good bathrooms are clean and staff is friendly.
