Chicken is awesome the flavor is unique real Latin flavor! Lady on front desk was pretty busy she needs help but she was very courteous and helpful....the BUT was the place is terrible I didn't see nobody cleaning the tables and the restroom needs to be clean

Ordered a steak tropichop and the employee said “well you’re going to have to wait because we close in 20 minutes and We’re not trying to cook stuff right now.” So ordered chicken, very dry and old, rice was hard and onions were clearly scraped from The bottom of the container. Gross. Terrible customer service and food, forgot our sauces and everything. Love pollo, this one is run horribly.

A Crew that Knows How to Cook clean Works Fast And Gives Good Service:) I Went today AC wasnt working Lobby wasn’t clean Mens Restroom had no Soap Pee was On the floor???? My Food Order was Wrong Got Burn Chicken Burn Wings Burn Plantains. Never coming back to this location.
