Sorry to say Order was wrong Ask 3 different time to repeat the order when I was the drive through. Also, got the lady to check at the window. I ask again please check. Some may ask why do you question drive though. I think we all know the answer. Then get home it was wrong. Very disappointment.
Worst location.. they will either screw up your order or something else.. Like half cooked.. Cold frys... Don't even waste you time calling the customer service ppl... Whataburger doesn't give a damn...
The food and service is always speedy but I’m always at wataburger at night because I know it to be 24 hours, this store is closed every other week at around 2am and I’ve stopped going there because more times than not i waste the gas out there to see a closed store. One thing this company is known for and they don’t even promise that anymore.
