Never coming here again they had the order right on the Receipt. Just didn’t put anything in the bag that we ordered (always check food nowadays before you leave, service is so terrible and getting worse and worse) we didn’t check the food (our mistake) we were in the drive thru for such a long time we just grabbed and went home. Much to our displeasure the order was all wrong once we looked. Called for a refund because 2 hotdogs and a # 3 is almost $25. The GM told my wife that we had to either come all the way back for a refund or for them to remake our food.. Wy wife had to tell her she CAN give us a refund over the phone. after being on hold for over 10 minutes this GM said she did refund our money- Ridiculous- Great job on getting the Receipt right - Freddy’s try to SUCK Less- Good day
I ordered on doordash. 3 hotdogs were plain with no toppings not even the ones I payed extra for. 1 hot hotdog was just the bun, no hot dog or toppings. The cheese curds were missing completely. I want my money returned. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Everyone should avoid this location and doordash in general.
The food has been always good. However, this particular day the location was really dirty. It had a horrible smell. It seemed like the floor hasn't been mopped in weeks. And the bathroom were not kept up. So sad. We love the food but it is not inviting as it used to be a couple of year ago. So sad :-(
