Wendy's

My husband went thru the drive thru at 7:00pm. He attempted to give her the order at the speaker. He sat there for approx. 5 min before anybody answered. I told her my order but she was too busy talking to another crew member and I had to repeat my order. When he got to the window he asked her what she had for his order and she had gotten it wrong. He told her what he ordered . He told her what he wanted, but instead of taking the order she turned her back and left while he was still talking. The girl that was doing drinks (Oliva) because she didn't ask what kind he wanted . He mistakenly called her ma.am because he didn;t know her name, turned around and started going off on him .If this is the type of crewmembers I wonder how this location is still open. The manager was nice and kept apologizing .This is the worst Wendys He's been to!!!!!!!!!

We wait for 20 minutes and in a line that barely moves and by the time we had got or food it was cold. Nothing was fresh as if it had been sitting out. I’m disappointed because I’m always satisfied with the em but this just really made me upset and I was other people who were hungry as well so it was Nona good look.

Had a eye opening experience. Arrived snd about 10 cars in line of drive thru. Decided to just eat inside. I guess this is now a foreign concept. The staff was confused if I was picking up or ordered online. I asked if I could just order in person and eat inside. I was only guest I side for the most part. Food was basically what I expected just fast food. Not bad experience for what it is. Facility was clean. Food fast prices fair.
