It was pretty average. I ordered regular iced tea and I got sweet tea. Also asked to hold the mayonnaise and the ketchup but those were on the burger as well. I have come to expect those sorts of mistakes nowadays since society is starting to crumble.
The store manger Robin gave me wrong order told me come back she would have my refund waiting and the would give me my correct food. Ask for Latoya was very rude said had no idea about this didn't offer to remake food and refused to refund. Other worker said she didn't know what to tell me and I need to move because I was holding up her line . Worst customer service every!!! Will tell everyone never go to a Hardee's again
Ordered a double cheeseburger and shake. Shake was maybe half full. Fries were soggy. Cheeseburger was what I expected, that was ok. Staff was typocal in and out. Overall not great, but unfortunately pretty standard.
