Wawa

My fiancé and I have been going to this location for over year now. We have never had a bad experience here and always enjoy the great friendly staff working there until the last two nights. The overnight manager is extremely rude and hostile. Tried to refuse change for payment and then we had a free coffee coupon from donating change last night from the female employee and he threw them in the trash ave screamed at us that we had to pay for our coffees and when we said no, got even more aggressive basically chasing us out the store screaming to not come back his store while taking pictures of us and our vehicle. Never in our lives have we ever experienced anything like this, we did absolutely nothing wrong to deserve that kind of treatment. We notified corporate so hopefully something gets done about this incident!

Wawa is normally a great experience but the cashier with gray hair that works in the morning at this one needs to retire. If you speak, she never speaks. She's grumpy and she always a like she's frustrated. This morning I pulled up my rewards for a free coffee and she almost yelled at me because her scanner was picking up the barcode. I get folks have bads days some morningsbut it seemseverytimeIvisitthis wawaand she'sat the registershe always have an attitude. I think I'llstartgoing to a differentwawa. . She told me to make it bigger. I said it doesn't and I don't know what do you want me to do. She began waving the scanner around instead of pointing directly at the barcode. She finally got it to scan bit she act like it was such a problem for my free coffee this morning.

Wow! I must say I rarely leave reviews, but after today I really felt the need to. I walked in today and had such a pleasant conversation with Zachary behind the deli. He approached me with a huge smile and asked me how I was and we effortlessly continued our conversation from there. I feel like everyone is so miserable these days and many employees lack major customer service skills so it was nice to have change. This truly made my day. Thank you, Zachary, for making me smile!!
