Citron & Rose Tavern

I visited Citron and Rose for my birthday, and was very disappointed. Their signature entrees were unavailable to order, so we ordered burgers and sandwiches. Our pulled brisket sandwich sounded delicious but was served cold. We also ordered the cowboy burger entree, and the crispy broccoli and cauliflower app which were both exceptionally delicious. There was only one waiter, and service was slow. We will give them another shot, maybe it was an off night for them.

It's a nice place with a good potential and great food. But right now there are some things to improve. But the overall experience was still good and we might back again. We ordered our 5 yrs old kid Chicken Fingers & Fries which was made very well and was very delicious. We started with Beef Carpaccio which was very good. Here's the first thing to improve: you want to be an upscale restaurant - bring some home bread with some dips - olive oil etc. Then we took 14 OZ Delmonico Boneless Ribeye steak which was very good , and organic chicken scarapariello which was good and comes together with sausage and delicious sauce. For desert we took Apple tartar special which was so delicious, but could come with more ice cream . And here's another suggestion for improve: when finish to eat - bring some some hot wet napkin to wipe the hands, etc. So it's a nice restaurant, good food, but still some place for improvement.

Highly Recommend. This place is Wonderful. I randomly came here with friends after work to try something new and was shocked at how amazing it was. The food was cooked to perfection and the atmosphere has a nice vibe to it. If you are lucky you will have Beatriz as your server. She is incredible and really knows the menu. I was impressed as she waited tables and made drinks flawlessly on what appeared to be a busy night. Carlos the manager is great too as he would check-in to ensure we were having a great experience. I ordered a Pastrami Prime-Rib and the Ahi appetizer dish. Both were phenomenal.
