Shows they are open but staff claims they are closed and refuse to serve anyone trying to go into the sign posted 24/7 Waffle House. @waffle house please replace your staff with people are are willing to serve customers and not refuse them at the door telling them to leave when they are open and standing there doing nothing but staring out the windows!
9/26/2022 walked in at 815 am stood at register without being acknowledged until 826 walked out at 9am. Person taking orders had a nasty attitude never acknowledged. Placed order finally n when she called it, it was 15 minutes later. I will be with you. Only 3 customers were inside. Last visit for me.
I received the best customer service 09/12/2022 at around 5:00pm. From a lady who was the cook and gentlemen who took our order to go, I mean excellent service. I was with my daughter, and niece. I started off saying a got a big order for you. One just don't recieve service like that anymore. When one recieve service like that, a person don't mind tipping. Wonderful job y'all!
