Super soft lo mein noodles. I purchased 2 shrimp lo mein orders and an egg fried rice. The lo mein was terrible, for $10 a dish, I definitely expected better. Lo mein veggies basically non-existent. Their food has definitely went down since my last visit! Ohhh, and the egg fried rice is $9. . . The cheapest ingredients in the building and a small is $9. SMH.
I ordered the Orange Tofu and Vegetable Fried Rice for delivery and the bag was secured with knots. The tofu was really great but some vegetables were more undercooked and crunchy than I would have liked. The price(18.31 tax included) is too high for the quality of food received.
Unfortunately, for me the House Fried Rice is a NO. I am new to eating house fried rice, but it has a much better flavor at another spot I visit. The food was fresh and hot, but it did not have any flavor. I added such sauce to give it some taste. There are other dishes I get from China Star. I will just stick to those. But I cannot recommend the house fried rice.
