Hardee's

Extremely too long to get food to us. Just 2 orders and it took close to 45 min to get our order. Multiple people left because it was taking so long. Only reason I didn’t leave is because it would’ve taken too long to get a refund.

This place just needs to get it together from staff to inventory. who doesn't have chicken?? or straws or ketchup? You're a fast food RESTAURANT. Also, you order through drive though and half the time they have you pull around to the door. Today's situation... apparently I was given the wrong order and when I was pulling out a staff member stopped me. I rolled my window down and she handed me a bag and said nothing! So I'm just assuming they made it twice so I grabbed the bag and she said "this the number 1" so I was like okay so? she said "what I'm saying is I don't want to dig my hand in your bag" (the 1st bag she gave me) I was like you haven't said anything...so you need the first burger back? Because the new bag you're giving me doesn't have fries. I gave her the burger and she opened it there and took it back inside probably to give it to the right customer...after t's been in my hands and her hands... umm not good. LIKE I CAN'T READ YOUR MIND COME ON SPEAK UP...CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went through drive-thru to order breakfast and they not only were out of ham but they were out of chicken for their biscuits. Waited in line for 15 minutes for two cold pieces of cheese slapped on the steak and the egg biscuits were cold as well
