Amazing service with Alex!! So happy, and friendly! Loved having him as our waiter. The food is always fast and yummy! Very good fresh coffee.
Food was good no real complaints there. The server we had was amazing, super attentive and friendly. Always kept our drinks filled and didn’t interrupt when we didn’t need to be. Also nice he brought the check out to us when the food arrived (which also was very fast) you pay at the counter when you walk in so no need to wait for the waiter to come run it for you.
If it wasn't for the super friendly waitress Montana, this eaterie would get a one star. Montana was the only waitress working and was quickly attending every table with a smile. Unmoved by the heavy workload placed in front of her. The restaurant overall looked clean even if the furnishings look a bit outdated. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is really disastrous. I was left extremely disappointed from what was expected on the menu. I recognize that this is supposed to be a diner but comparison with similar eateries like Denny's the food is well below subpar. I imagine this place maybe good for a pie and coffee (two I didn't try). Yet what is most disturbing is the poor leadership skills manger, Shawn, displayed during interactions with his waitress. To patrons including myself he was courteous and kind. Yet from observation of conversations he was having with his waitress, it was of poor taste.
