Arrived at store 7:15PM, order at inside chaos. Waited 20 plus minutes. And having to ask about our meal . Our meal came good 15 minutes later. Our grandkid even complained. We eat once or twice a month through drive up and have never had an issue. But this night, employees where loud and horsing around. Unacceptable! HATE that there is no personal service anymore.
This McDonald's seems to always take forever no matter if u order 1 frappe or 5 meals. The worst is when you wait forever then at the second window, they tell you they don't have what you ordered. It would be nice to know that at first. … More
Not great experience. The kiosk was not working, the ice was out in an ice machine, there were no large lids for my drink, and my food took 20 minutes to come. There were way too many people here waiting for food and never getting help. Certainly expect better from anywhere, even McDonalds
