Good food, awful service. I had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru for 2 enchiladas. Other stores have them ready in 5 minutes. And no, it was not busy. The store was practically empty.
The fast food industry in general is less than bad. The lack of good employees is noticeably obvious. Rancheritos was the place for fast Mexican food, but not anymore. They don’t care about their customers.their drink taste biter (pineapple juices), I brought to their attention that it tasted bad, but they answered by saying that’s the way it taste. I mentioned to them that the last 2 times the food was cold and tasteless. This time was extra hot and no flavor. You guys lost a customer. I hope management does something about it. Don’t waist your time here. Go to Sam’s Club 2 blocks down the street and get a Hot dog and a drink for $1.50.
Al Pastor plate. Enough for two people. I prefer the corn tortillas. Super Nachos, large serving size. … More
