I I ordered a T-bone steak and they brought out a ribeye. The manager Bryan August 18, 2023 8:20pm was very rude and would not take it off my order and would not give me what I ordered. My guess ordered a ribeye, I didn’t order a ribeye. Then the bread had some black black dots under it. I was very unsatisfied. All I asked for was what I ordered. I have never experienced this out of a manager.
We came in on a Saturday night it was very busy but the host got us seated immediately. Lissa was our server and she gave us the best experience we have had in a while. It was our first time in and she went over all the cocktails and specials and made the experience great. The food was cooked perfectly. We were very satisfied with this experience and will definitely be back again
Philly was amazing! Tickets never seems to disappoint. From the steak to the appetizers, they are all top notch choices. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Tuckers has a great old time feel, exactly what you would expect being in the heart of Soulard. A+++
