This place is a hidden gem. It’s the best Spanish fast food in Tampa. The cook knows what he’s doing. I personally recommend the chicharon. There a bunch of different meats in there and all of it cooked perfectly. The portions are huge and are delicious to the last bite

The empanadas are not good and had me in the bathroom. To add unjustly to insult (after I got my food) I had to ask the lady for my change. She took my cash and closed the drawer. I didn’t want to remind her right away about my 90 something cents. When I received my food and ask her she said, “oh I don’t have change” and proceeded to walk toward the store. SMH…. I went to my car, got change and that’s how she lost getting a tip from me.

Outstanding service! Price is about right. Tostones were really good and crunchy but the meat was missing seasoning. Our latin food is known for flavor and tostones did not met that. Covid social distancing and mask are on place. Thank you Salchipapa is really good.
