Food was old.. Hash rounds were undercooked, and also old. Upgraded order and price to large without request.. food arrived quickly, but since it was old it should.. won't return.
Not willing to assist customers with issues on the app. I had a straightforward problem I encountered with my mobile order, that if customer service was valued, could have been easily resolved. Supervisors seemed dismissive and unwilling to listen and understand the problem I was trying to explain.
Very, very disappointed with the customer service I received tonight. You website states the drive thru is open until 12 am. I pulled up to the driver only to hear. "We are closed". I asked why. And the only response I received was "We are closed". I asked why they were closed early and got no response. I asked to speak with a manager and again. No response. If your website is incorrect. It needs to be corrected.
