La Hacienda Mexicana

Love this place. Some of the best authentic Mexican food you can find here in Tampa. Maria and her family are Amazing, friendly, and very welcoming. The service is always phenomenal! A must try for a family dinner night. It’s definitely a favorite amongst mine.

We had multiple issues with our food. Then there were flies in BOTH of our drinks. We asked for a manager then sat waiting for 20 minutes. We asked our server was a manager coming he said no so then some lady comes up claiming to be the owner. We calmly told her what the problem was. She interrupted us non stop didn’t let us finish what we were saying. Then walked away and said to call the cops. We never asked for a refund, tried to resolve it calmly and we were treated like horrible in return. Still paid and left a tip. But I do not recommend this place at all.

Thought we found a good restaurant close to home, but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. Salt galore, overly salty, and did I mention the salt. The staff didn’t offer to correct it. They said "well, the kitchen says it is the same as always..". Strange, since the first two times I ordered this exact same dish it tasted differently. My wife and I, likely would have given them another try if the staff's approach to customer service was a little less 'salty'.
