The District Wood Fired Kitchen

Our experience was wonderful! The food surpassed all my expectations! The quality was so fresh and the taste was delicious. Alaina was such a breathe of fresh air. She is a great asset to this restaurant. She was kind, attentive, and so welcoming. She helped us decide on what to eat as we were torn between a few items. She was well versed in answering all our questions and appreciated her insight, as well as her time to answer our questions. It is hard to find an employee that will take the time to answer questions and not just brush you off. We appreciate Alaina! My only sad mention is the bathroom; which hasn’t changed much since the good old Compass days. The rest of the establishment has been remodeled and looks so amazing. Needless to say, I’m not spending much time in the bathroom so it’s not much of a factor to my overall experience.

I have tried the District many times since changing from compass. Definitely a more upscale vibe now. The buffalo style chicken tenders are juicy and great flavor. Some of the best around and for that - 5 stars

Decent food, really nothing special though. I liked the pizza more than I thought I would, and the sandwiches were just fine, but there are plenty of better options for dinner in the area.
