This is small and cozy spot specializing in noodle soups. It was our first time here and we really enjoyed the whole experience. Food: ordered #4 and #11, pho came out quickly and piping hot. Bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime wedges and jalapeño slices were fresh and clean. Soup was perfect, not too salty and has that beloved beef pho flavour. Their raw sliced beef is thinner and in smaller chunks than other places, but is softer in texture when cooked by the soup. The medium size is an excellent portion for the average hungry customer. Service: two very sweet and quiet waitresses helped us with our order, drinks, etc. They were very gentle and efficient with their service. Environment: given the current situation, I wish their spoons and chopsticks were not self-serve on the tables. Napkins were brought out to us, which was nice, but it would have been great to have hand sanitizer more readily available for the guests. I did see the waitresses wipe down the table after another group left

Some of the best pho in Worcester. A brilliant, clear, flavorful broth, rich without being greasy. Noodles just the right texture. I could have wished for a little more tripe and tendon in my soup (only a couple pieces each) but that was the only issue. Fast service, clean place, straight forward menu. They do what they do well.
