Thai Top Ten

12/26/19 ~ We love this place... my husband loves it sooo much that we clelebrated his 60th birthday here on 12/26/19!! Everyone loved their food and we had terrific service!! Thank you Thai Top Ten for making some Super Memories for my family!! (these pics are pre-pandemic... sorry it took so long to post this review) 12/26/20 ~ we celebrated here for my husband’s 61st birthday... of course we only invited a few family members... (socially distanced seating/masks)!! It was delicious food, large quantities, and wonderful service!! Thank you Thai Top Ten!!!! P.S. my husband comes here every chance he gets... he loves Thai food and he says it’s the Best Thai food in this area!!

Thai Top Ten is one of my favorite Thai restaurants. We have been to the Grace street location many times and always enjoyed our meals. I am excited that they opened one in Glen Allen. Walked in a little after 12 PM on a Tuesday, the place was packed, all tables were filled. It is a good sign, that means food must be good. As busy as they were, service was quick and friendly. Dining room was clean and cozy. There were three large TVs on opposite walls. They have a full bar as well. My most favorite dish is KHA PROW MOO SAB MIX MOO KROB (Crispy Pork/ Ground Pork/ Onion/ Green Beans/ Thai Basil/ topped with Fried Egg). If you don’t like crispy pork, there is a dish with ground pork only. You have to try it, it has so much flavor and perfect combination of all the ingredients. Drunken Noodles was as good as always. Make sure you get the flat noodles. If you don’t like your dishes sweet, please do not order AMAZING THAI under the curry section. It was prepared with sweet peanut

During lunch time, somewhat busy with signs posted short staffed, as a very understanding experienced server with patience would not recommend this place due to very poor customer service!!! Server wasn’t pleasant at all as we were seated seemed too rushed to improvise for one of the guest with me about items on the menu whom wasn’t familiar with Thai food, the other guest order was wrong whom needed specifics due to food allergies and never received the full order requested, never brought utensils or napkins to the table, Once received our food it was not only very dry but cold with still having patients at this point requested that the food item be removed from my ticket to then be told: That she’d remove it this time but next time to let someone know in advance so it could have been changed to another entree!?! That would have been great and definitely would have been done except we hardly ever had a server return to our table for anything!!! Very unprofessional to say the least
