The 3 for me is worth every penny, for less than fast food and better flavor, this is the place to go. Great job Chili's on providing great quality at a great price! Something you don't get in today's market.
The service SUCKED! A Rude waitress! Very Bad manners! Way Overpriced food, drinks everything too expensive!!!!!! The waitress rushed us out! We didn't have time to drink our extremely expensive coffee! NEVER Again will my Wife and myself go there again! A Very Bad Experience! ???? Way WAY TOO EXPENSIVE..WASTE OF MONEY OVER $117 FOR BARELY ANY FOOD!!!
This location has always been 5 stars for its quality of food and quality of staff. Lately, service is a problem. I'm sure it's because of staffing challenges across the industry. I'll give this location credit in that they use the "runner" concept to keep food and non-alcoholic drinks coming. The issue, though, is that everything comes out at odd times, so something is off with their approach. You can literally order a soda, then a few minutes later, order an appetizer. Your appetizer will come out before you soda. It would also be nice if this location stopped playing 60's and early 70's music. The atmosphere is very "yawn" now where it used to be very upbeat and fun. While that seems like an odd thing to mention, I used to always sit and have an alcoholic drink after I finished eating to enjoy the atmosphere. Now, I can't get out fast enough.
