Panera Bread

This location is a disaster. Severely understaffed and on the day I visited the kiosks were not relaying orders to the kitchen. So, after waiting over an hour complained to the manager who finally figured out what the problem was. Then waited in line with at least a dozen other angry patrons for a refund...which they didn't know how to do! Not kidding. The manager didn't know how to do refunds. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Exceptionally slow service. Took 25 minutes after ordering and paying until they had a steak and cheese sandwich and nothing else prepared. Most disappointing Panera experience I have had to date.

I couldn't believe the filth that was visible on every surface. The walls and pillars had clumps of dust hanging from them, the air filters on the ceiling were covered in a thick layer of dust too, and every counter and piece of equipment was coated with grease, dirt, and food debris. The chicken in the Asian crunch salad was translucent in the middle. The worker who was cleaning the equipment at the food prep stations turned to pick up the raw ingredients for my food with her gloved hands, made the sandwich and went right back to cleaning... meaning that my sandwich now had the debris and cleaning solution from her gloves. I showed that chicken to the food worker and she acknowledged it was under cooked when it came from the supplier. I'm not one to skip a meal, but I threw away my food and walked out. Management should seriously consider shutting down the restaurant for cleaning and retraining.
