We are so happy we stopped at this O’Charleys today. After a long medical appointment we were famished. From the moment we arrived we experienced great customer service. Sarah was on top of our every need. Drinks and the appetizer were there in a flash. Our Salads were crisp and fresh. My husband had ribs and mashed sweet potatoes that were delicious. I tried the Bayou Salmon and was delighted how wonderful the creamy shrimp sauce was and how perfectly the salmon was cooked. To make it even better it was free pie day! Highly recommended the caramel pie and the key lime.
Ordered carryout. When I got it home, the Southwest Chicken Bowl I ordered had chicken, rice, tortilla strips, and southwest ranch -- no pico, no cilantro. The lime that was to accompany became lemon. If I had dined in, there's no way I would have eaten it as-is. I guess that's the risk of getting carryout at O'C's -- little desire to hop back in the car and travel back out there to raise the issue.
