SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. DEPLORABLE. It was DIRTY, dysfunctional as all hell, and took FOREVER. I mean, I waited an hour for a bean burrito, which came out unrolled and soggy. I couldn’t even eat it all. I was sick to my stomach looking at the environment and the food itself looked so unappetizing (and was) that I feel nauseated. I’m thoroughly upset. I’ve worked in fast food and the restaurant industry for a long time and never have I EVER seen this. Employees were rude too. Gosh I can’t explain how dirty this place is. I regret eating here / ever pulling off on this exit for food. DO NOT EAT HERE. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP!!!

Dining room was dirty. The music was so loud you had to raise your voice to talk. Employees walking around on their phones instead of cleaning up anything.

Ordered food had a coupon. They didn't give me what I wanted as well as charged me not using coupon. Very disorganized, the guy at the window tried to argue with me on what I ordered. I was over charged! Won't be going there. I will go to the other one we have in town. Maybe if he would of listened which I didn't even raise my voice but calmly tried to explain what I wanted and hear me out this would not of been a problem. Highly upset with them!
