Oh my word! We are from SC and come to see family in AL. I can always so that this place always has great food and you literally drive up and in seconds your food is ready, hot, and so good! Fries are my favorite and don't forget a milkshake to add as well. We can get the entire family so much food for $20.00. Staff can at times be kinda nonchalant but they stay focused on their orders and get it right so what can you say. ????
Mobile app wasn't working. I asked for the manager in hopes of getting it working. She was absolutely no help! Barely spoke English and was nearly impossible to underst. She acted clueless, uninterested in solving the issue with mobile ordering or with their kiosks that also weren't working, and had that deer in the headlights stare . I'm sure any of the neighboring restaurants will be getting my business from now on!
I grew up here. This McDonald's is absolutely horrible compared to how it once was. Always out of something or give you the wrong order at the drive thru. It was my go to 10 years ago, now I do my best to avoid it. I don't know what happened.
