The whole staff is RUDE!! From the manager to the employees. The cashier outside smoking a cigarette while there is a line of cars wrapped around the building at 5pm. No one from corporate reaches back out if you make a complaint. I’m surprised they are even open at this point. They have long wait times and employees that don’t care about anything. It’s RIDICULOUS !!!

2 stars because the food was good, but i shouldn't spend a half hour in a drive thru line. 5 cars were in front of me and 1 of left after moving twice in 10 minutes & the car behind me left as well. It's like there's 1 person running the whole store. Sadly, it's been this way for a while now. It's legitimately mind-blowing that this location is still operational. If they take this long all day, every day I don't know how you can physically serve enough people to keep the lights on and pay rent. New fries are awesome sauce though ????

Gave them 1 star because they gave us half the food we paid for, locked the dining room and wouldn’t answer the phone so we had to wait in line again at the drive thru. I honestly just wanted to come in and get a refund but they wouldn’t pick up the phone.
