Arby's

To start with. I have been here in about 6 months because of the service, food quality and always out of something at this location. So I decided to give them another shot. Well this evening I go an order some food and no shock here my order was messed up again. You go and spend a lot of money there. All they do is mess it up. I order the medium size sandwiches and get home and they are small size. On top of that one was the wrong sandwich. So for the last two hours I have called the store to have no one answer the phone. again no big shock here. So my advice is not to go here unless you just like everything messed up and no,way of getting anyone to fix it.

My daughter and I went in to get take out on Sunday evening. Waited at the counter for approximately 10 minutes where no worker ever acknowledged us. A worker came from the back with an ice bucket and slammed it on the floor then proceeded to start arguing with a worker in the drive thru. The drive thru worker told her ‘you seriously almost got punched’. The workers still had not acknowledged us. At this point we walked out. We warned a guy going in that he may not get waited on. Don’t think we will go back to this Arby’s! This happened on September 11, 2022. No service, no food, very disappointing.
