I like to come here a couple times a year and I'm always content with food, quality and service. This last time, my order was mixed with someone else's and the servers quickly remade my food with no complaint. Food : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 5/5 … More
It is very rare that I have something so bad that I feel the need to go and review it but this was quite possibly the worst taco bell I have ever had. I didn't get my drinks. I ordered two 3 taco combos specifically with no lettuce. They, of course, put lettuce. But the quality was just god awful. The meat was dry and light brown. Looked days old. The shell was stale and everything was ice cold. If taco bell cost 10 bucks to get fifteen things like it did back in the old days this may be more acceptable because, well, that's why you go to taco bell. Cause it's cheap. But jesus it's like 15-16 bucks now for two basic combos and everything is too expensive for food quality to be this low. What is going on at this store? Please... teach or learn some quality control because nobody deserves the meal I was just given. Not even the people that prepared it.
Seems like management needs to get a grip on inventory. Third time in the span of two weeks they are out of Beef, Nacho cheese, chicken. Like I get if it was one, But three major ingredients that are incorporated in over half of your menu. just shows they don’t know how to do inventory.
